Our Christmas stay was delightful! The staff was incredibly hospitable and friendly. We loved the great facilities that were offered. The stunning mountain views, and the ice skating rink were certainly the best aspects of our stay.

That there were no hotel-run programs for young children. Whilst we enjoyed some time to experience the hotel's facilities, keeping the kids occupied would have been a plus.
